Committed to social responsibility
The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is committed to having merchandise featuring its marks produced in a socially responsible manner. Licensees are required to sign and abide by the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Code of Conduct and to be members of the Fair Labor Association.
Departments and Programs

Approval from the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Trademarks and Licensing office is required for all uses of University trademarks on products, even if the proposed uses do not involve the sale of a product, such as promotional items for conferences or meetings, items for fundraisers or gifts.
Student Organizations

A registered student organization or sport club team may use the University name, but may not use it in a way that creates confusion between the organization and the University itself, nor in a manner that would constitute an endorsement, approval or underwriting by the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
Licensees

The University is committed to having merchandise featuring its marks produced in a socially responsible manner. If you are interested in obtaining a license to produce merchandise featuring University marks, you will be required to abide by the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Code of Conduct and to be members of the Fair Labor Association.
