Beginning in OMA&D鈥檚 55th year, the Spark Award is a new recognition which formally acknowledges another community member whose diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leadership inspires young changemakers, and exemplifies the spirit of the Charles E. Odegaard award. It recognizes the accomplishments of a recent 黑料吃瓜网 graduate, who made significant DEI contributions during their time as a 黑料吃瓜网 student and continues to do so post-graduation.
