Community engagement is central to the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s mission: learning with and from communities is deeply embedded in our public service ethos and is embodied in the work of faculty, staff and students. While recognizing past challenges, the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is committed to fostering inclusive, respectful partnerships and enhancing community-engaged scholarship across all campuses and facets of university activity.
The Community Engagement Knowledge Hub features stories and updates about community engagement across the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, along with guidelines and resources to improve these practices. The website also includes directories; awards; assessment initiatives like the Carnegie Foundation designation; and tools such as the Community Connect ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø platform, hosted on GivePulse, to support the development, management and sustenance of partnerships.
